We all get enough of that crap from bosses, parents, significant others, teachers and legal authorities. Athletes - STAND for the National Anthem, with hand on heart. Be thankful that you live in a country where you get payed gross amounts of money to chase a ball around. I have news for you... my dog is equally skilled and adept at chasing and fetching balls, but I don't see anyone paying her for it. Actors/Actresses - You think you have something IMPORTANT to say to us with all your Liberal/Progressive blathering? Really? You get paid to PRETEND, to be fake characters in an equally fake "world." Your hateful diatribes have ZERO credence. We the People are not fooled by your crocodile tears. You are vain, petulant and ego driven. Every time you open your mouths it is a self-serving effort to remain or become relevant. Go back to caking on your clown make-up and dressing up for your fantasy worlds so that we can all have a few hours of mindless relaxation from our daily stresses. When you get up on the stage to accept whichever ego-validating award you have won, a simple "Thank You" will suffice. Musicians/Singers - You have been blessed with the talent to use your voices to sing or your arms and hands to play instruments to create music, or at least most of you have. This is what your fans pay extortionate ticket prices to hear. If they want to hear about political issues they can go to their local town halls, for free. Or they can simply turn on any news channel. When you stand in front of the microphone pontificating about climate change or President Trump you bring back the original meaning of the term "court fool or jester." Many of you are so brain dead after years of abusing your bodies with drugs and alcohol that all we hear when you speak is a bunch of nonsensical gibberish. Yeah, not exactly the perfect role models, are you? Oh, and Shakira, that Super Bowl thing, where you felt the need to "honor" your Arab ancestry in your performance?
