Labour's McDonnell Heckled During Concession Speech

Dec.13 -- U.K. Labour Party Treasury spokesman John McDonnell gives a speech about his party's "extremely disappointing" performance in the general election. He made the speech after being re-elected as the Member of Parliament for the Hayes and Harlington constituency.
