I’m not personally familiar with people who don’t consider a beating heart “alive”. That doesn’t mean it should be illegal to terminate said life. We terminate life all the time, for myriad legal reasons. I find it oddly dissonant that many a right-leaning platform’s heart bleeds for that unborn life but also supports military build-up (read lots of death), personal arms build-up (lots of death), incarceration build-up (you get the parenthetical theme), and the war on drugs (you guessed it).
