By degrees, the Federal Reserve is implementing "stealth QE" through its "emergency" repo operations--now becoming permanent. If the #economy is doing well, why is there a constant need for ever more liquidity? Where is all the cash going? More than a decade after the last great financial crisis, and the Fed STILL feels the need to force inflation.
