Re-opening the Withdrawal Treaty may give Boris Johnson the satisfaction of having forced the EU into a climbdown, but it will certainly not change the overall outcome. The British people will never agree to the signing of a new Treaty with the EU, especially one as humiliating as the Withdrawal Treaty.
