• Review mission statement suggestions and any further changes to the logo / avatar and banner

◦ Examine suggestions for the mission statement and decide on the final copy which will be implemented into the group profile and for use with future blog articles and posts.

◦ Examine any new changes to banner and logo (RealMindsChan is expected to provide alternative suggestions)

• Update about Groups document / project

◦ FretzCapo and RealMindsChan to provide a brief update and overview of the Group document.

• Provide further information about document sharing and collaborative editing framework.

◦ Medworthy to provide updated information about a hosting platform to allow members to upload and edit documents, calenders and overview projects (based on the NextCloud and Collabora Office frameworks)

◦ Medworthy to provide information about infrastructure costs and 3rd party providers

• Review SerkanDevel’s suggestion for an outline document which examines the existing Minds Framework API’s

◦ Suggest that SerkanDevel to team up with both RodgerCooper and LaboratoryMike for the production of this document (suggest that this is overseen by either Luculent or LaboratoryMike)

• Brief examination about transferring MCOSI tokens to an exchange

◦ Suggest that we have a brief discussion and suggest that MindsGaming to further explorer providers.

◦ MindsGaming to provide further information at the next meeting

• Proposals for topics and date for next meeting (plus any tasks leading up to next meeting)

◦ Medworthy to produce public blog article (which will provide information about the meeting).
