I was born & raised in Pennsylvania and honed my fishing & guiding skills on the most diverse, technical, and fabled waters of American Fly Fishing History throughout the Northeast & Mid-Atlantic US. I also enjoyed a few years “tasting the salt” fly fishing inshore and offshore saltwater fisheries of the Mid-Atlantic coast. Eventually I went to Colorado to share my skills & knowledge with others and pursue the lifelong dream of living, outfitting, fishing, and hunting in Colorado and New Mexico. After years of working as a manager & head guide of multiple fly shops, sporting goods stores, and outfitters I began to focus my energy in fisheries management work, volunteering and organizing with other non-profit environmental & fishing based charities. I was inspired to dedicate the rest of my life to these goals of my Sacred Water CO's CARE Mission. Conservation Advocacy Rehabilitation Education I spent the last 3 years on the Hawaiian Islands of Oahu & Hawaii (Big Island) where I worked on some book ideas, other projects, & businesses as well as working as Lead Fishing Guide at Hawaii Beach Fishing.
