We get carried away with fitness methods. Especially those that work! Special Forces countdowns generated stamina, endurance and the patience & determination to complete 20-30 non-stop (almost) minutes of various movements. Not to mention transitioning from a squatting or dipping exercise to pushing from a supination position.
