Monkey Bars Business Session 36 Six by Six New Style https://youtu.be/1dpFiiLyYFQ?si=MuF5i04jaZil-VxS We get carried away with fitness methods. Especially those that work! Special Forces countdowns generated stamina, endurance and the patience & determination to complete 20-30 non-stop (almost) minutes of various movements. Not to mention transitioning from a squatting or dipping exercise to pushing from a supination position. We've decided to add this tactic to the monkey bars sessions. Today is the first day.
