PRiMAL LiVING- I've created this group for anyone who is interested in, or, lives a #Paleo Lifestyle. A place for learning, sharing recipes, ideas, work-out routines and so much more. I want to create a place of positivity, a place where we can support each other, and help each other live the best life we can. So please, if you have anything negative to post, here is NOT the place! -I began my journey on the paleo diet 3 years ago, and YES, it was HARD, but once I powered through those first 2-3 months there was no turning back for me! I lost 70 pounds within my first year and a half; without any exercise, that was just by changing everything I put in, and on my body! Most people think that Paleo is just another "DIET", their wrong! It is much more than that, it, in fact, is a Lifestyle change, and a major one at that. Most primal individuals I've come across live a less strict life, which is amazing if that is what works for you! I personally have to be more strict. NO: GRAINS, DAIRY (including Ghee), UNNATURAL SUGAR, PROCESSED FOODS, SOY, & ALL LEGUMES. As Organic & Natural as I can find. That is inside & out. It is not just what you put in your body that is toxic, what you put on as well. Did you know it only takes 26 seconds for toxins to enter your skin?! 26 seconds! That is crazy fast! I am, in no way an EXPERT or a nutritionist. I'm just a woman who has done a lot of research to help myself and played trial and error to find what is best for me. I'm hoping to help others in any way I can and bring more awareness to just how powerful and amazing a Paleo Life can be! I welcome all to post anything you would love to share with this community as well as all questions! Here's to a New Begining & Primal Living!

Who here has tried #CavemanCoffee ? What do you guys think? I'm loving it so far, still have yet to try their white gold label, I'm more of a dark roast lover myself.
