By way of explanation, it's about being self-honest and disciplined of mind.
I've yet to ever meet anyone whose brainpower appeared to approach my own. I'm just going to say that from now on, being a little bitter around the edges from waiting nearly half a century to meet another like me and it still not happening.

If I make any kind of statement, I already have good information to back it up, ready at hand. I make up my mind about things very slowly and very carefully, usually after a deep and thorough investigation... so I'm not an easy person to argue with.

That being said... I actually *live* to be proven wrong. Because being proven wrong means I become less wrong, or more right. And I want to be as right as I possibly can at all times... don't you? I have no resistance to changing my mind. But to prove me wrong and change my mind, you have to bring the only two things I pay attention to: evidence and logic.
Opinions and beliefs are fine for trivial matters like one's personal preference of ice cream flavors. For any serious subject, they're worse than worthless.
