“To die will be an awfully big adventure.” ― J.M. Barrie, Peter Pan

However, Mr. Flashman took ill, so we stayed another night at the Prancing Pony. That night was a wonderful night.

The four of us played hide and seek throughout the room. In and out. Out and in. We searched and grinning until tired out we went to bed.

The next morning we were awoken by marching. Looking out the window, a whole army of men dressed as cards had surrounded the Inn. The little queen with a big head was yelling where are my bottles.

Deciding we did not want to start another war. We took a back route to where our donkeys were. When looking out the door we were blockaded there too.

Mr. Flashman in an ill fit said I want to go home while touching the map. A poof. There appeared on the map a direct route from the Prancing Ponies stable top. Well, I doubt if it was exactly England, but that was what it looked like on the map through a small little door.

Not knowing we had a potion to shrink, Mr. Flashman pushed his head into the small door, getting stuck. We had to give a drop of the potion to General Tom Thumb to give Mr. Flashman on the other side. Which when he did Mr. Flashman shrunk right down to Tom Thumb size. So each in turn along with our donkey took a drop and through the doorway we went.

Out into? Well, it looked sort of like a dug out. We climbed and climbed with the donkey, pulling and pushing until we reached sunlight.

There we looked like we were in the land of giants. There was a hedge the size of a well, a good size mountain. We decided to sleep in the dug out.

Setting up tents and stabling the donkeys, we took care of Mr. Flashman. The plan was to use the eat me potion tomorrow to grow back.

The awkwardness was to what size and to what reality?

That night the four of us had a group slide. Down the dugout hole. It was wet and slippery. The whole night until around 1 AM slipping and sliding. Until, exhausted, we went to bed.

While sliding during the night the door to Wonderland opened and out hopped the rabbit at the beginning of this story. He went right up the dugout hole and into the hedges.

The morning came, and we ate a breakfast of bread outside of the dugout and grew. We grew and grew. We also gave some to Tom Thumb. Now, I would say Ender grew to six three or four. While Tom Thumb? He grew to three foot even.

Entering the hedge, we discovered we were in a maze. Rounding a bend, we bumped right into a little girl with her kitten.

Asking about location, she said a location right outside of London. This brightened Mr. Flashman very much. We all got into London near Mr. Flashman's area of his building, a mansion.

He had made a fortune on his private ventures prior to getting the map and had spent the coin on an estate.

The estate was being still built. The stables held more than our four donkeys.

That night Ender tried a little more of the large potion on a chest that he had picked up in his defeat of the miniture army.

The chest grew to full size. The chest contained the payment in gold of the whole little army something like three gold pieces per soldier or 3000 coins in all.

The next day splitting the gold coins up among the six of us and departing the crew was a bit sad.

We each got part of the portions and the ladies decided along with Tom Thumb to stay on as crew.

While Mr. Flashman made a purposeful speech saying he was no longer going adventuring and for a certain percentage of the loot. We could keep the map. Ender talked it over with the group and came to an agreement.

Thus Ender and crew got to England. Oh, as for the Black Skimmer well. Magic be part of life. Ender had some sword that allowed for hiding of a ship in a bottle and the ship was safely tuck within a bottle.
