Shopping List for Food & Drink: preferably organic, not industrial foods. Modern shopping is the equivalent of the ancient hunt. Hunt carefully for quality, as every system in the body regenerates itself using nutritional building blocks. Do not let poor shopping choices jeopardize chances of fully enjoying life. These are crucial investments!!
1. Healthful Fats: Coconut Oil, organic butter, Kefir (3.2%), Virgin cold pressed Olive Oil, Almond butter.
2. Healthful Proteins: Meat & Fish (avoid cheap industrially-farmed animal products), Organic eggs, Lentils.
3. Healthful Carbs: Whole wheat breads (avoid white bread) + Organic Honey: buckwheat, pine or acacia.
4. Healthful Hot Beverages: Earl Grey Tea + Green Tea + Cocoa, dry powder, unsweetened (for kids).
5. Healthful Snacks: Black chocolate (> 70%), Assorted nuts and seeds (for snacking): walnuts, Brazil nuts, Cashew nuts, Pine nuts, Pumpkin seeds, Flaxseeds.
6. High Energy Elixir: Apple Cider Vinegar + Lemon Juice (concentrate is ok).
7. Healthful Spices: Turmeric, Coriander, Sea Salt, Basil, Cayenne Pepper (see MSM Weekly Gourmet Recipes)
8. Garlic Elixir: Fresh Garlic (1 kilogram) + Vodka (I liter, used as solvent, reduces risk of lung, bowel cancer by 40 %.
9. Dental Hygiene: Baking Soda (Sodium Bicarbonate: NaHCO3) + Hydrogen Peroxide (H3O3) 3%.

1. Vitamin C: 2 grams/day with meals, help prevent development of certain cancers & cardiovascular disease.

As useful BENCHMARKS, may we suggest some visuals, to keep in your records for comparison after the 24 weeks (which will go quickly): a BEFORE photo of you in a swim suit AND a BEFORE frontal photo of your refrigerator.
Keep your enthusiasm high: The word “enthusiasm” originates from the Greek, “the God energy within”. As in life, you will get out of the MSM-24 Training whatever you invest in it. Bear this in mind at all times: Nothing can resist your positive energy & enthusiasm, nothing! When you’re in doubt or lacking willpower, simply repeat “Today is a Training Day!” You will have a total of 168 Training Days with MSM-24. Maintain high levels of enthusiasm, as you need inner strength and courage to complete the 24–week training and be certified as “Master.”
