+++Edit October 22nd 2021: The name of this series has now changed to Mothman Music Reviews. Samsara Junkyard will now be the new name of what was formerly called Tell A Vision. The latter has been abandoned to avoid confusion with the song 'Tell The Vision', amonst other things. If I bring back MMMR at some point, it will be as a period sketch for my variety show Various Vortices. Stay tuned.
Welcome to the first episode of the Mothman Music Reviews (formerly titled Samsara Junkyard) podcast where I present music reviews in the form of surreal short stories. The podcast is a bi-weekly (every two weeks) podcast occurring in between my other podcast, the more conspiracy theory oriented Various Vortices of Xylen Roberts, available, on my Xylen Roberts Soundcloud (along with original music; links below) and Xylen Roberts Youtube and BitChute. Both podcasts are coming soon to Spreaker as well.
Anyway, on with the review: This broadcast centers around Beaucoup Fish, the 1999 album from seminal electronica act Underworld. It is a compelling album that explores various electronic styles ranging from drum and bass (much like their previous album Second Toughest In The Infants), trip hop, progressive house, ambient and many others. Tonight's story centers around an Indian mystic yogi named Sanjay, his platypus-hillbilly hybrid friend Duck Billed Hickok, and a mysterious warrior named Manix who battle dragons, zombies, transluscent squid creatures and others in the clouds and beyond. Enjoy! Listen to the video at the following places:

Note: Except for the opening track '90s Hacker In Lennon Sunglasses', an original track by myself, all of the other tracks played in the background are songs off Underworld's Beacoup Fish. I do not own the copyright to any of these songs and therefore cannot take money for these songs in any capacity. HOWEVER, if you like what yI am doing here, consider going over to my Avadhuata Records Bandcamp, to purchase some 100 percent original music from myself and my friends. More original music on the aforementioned Xylen Roberts soundcloud and YouTube, etc. Tonight's story, however, is 100 percent my own creation. All rights reserved.
