Originally published July 11th, 2018: Comedian Eric Andre totally ripped me off! Let me get all y'alls opinion on this. A year ago I did this funny surreal video skit that some of you probably remember called "Grab 'Em By The Flat Earth." In it, amongst other scenes, I include a dramatized battle between a Flat Earther and a Globe Earther. I have the Globalist say 'You Flat Earthin' piece of shit!' at one point. Here's the entire video and the skit in question is at 0:53: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSBXt6enV00&t=215s. Here it is on BitChute as well: https://www.bitchute.com/video/WE3M6ETMDPlh/. Here is a screenshot of the timestamp proving it was released before the M4M skit:

Part of what made the skit unique was that unlike other 'Flat Earth parodies', which one dimensionally attack Flat Earth beliefs without poking fun at Globe Earth believers, my skit attacked both sides in an absurdist attempt at discussing the frivolity of people arguing over issues that don't matter. The overall video suggested that, like the song in the middle said: 'Is the earth flat? Is the earth round? I do not know."   In Andre's new show Mostly For Millennials, he has a live action skit that is very similar in which a Globe Earther gets into a fight with a Flat Earther and the very same lines ("You Flat Earthin' piece of shit!") are uttered! Here's a clip, its at 2:39: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gSBXt6enV00&t=215s but here is a screenshot of it, with the timestamp proving it was released after mine:

Until now, this is the only surreal comedy skit I have seen that has similarly made an attempt at poking fun at both sides in an absurdist way. This is seriously fucked. I could sue for this. Please any advice you could give me would be much appreciated. Its even more fucked cuz I used to be a fan of his. The overall vibe of the show seems very much like an idiotic rip off of MDE as well. Thanks :) You can watch the discussion video on this down below:

Addendum Winter 2020: I have sat on this for a while but I think I am seriously going to pursue legal action this year. I mean I am already being mass shadowbanned across Google, YouTube, Facebook and Bandcamp, and some of my videos demonetized and outright removed. I am going through some rather serious health problems atm. I have nothing left to lose. Fuck Eric Andre. The thing is I think GulagTube is now trying to cover their boy Eric Andre's ass by removing the timestamp from the 'GRab Em By The Flat EArth' video. Have you ever heard of such a thing? Here's a screenshot:

Luckliy, a number of things: I had already transferred the video over to BOTH Minds and BitChute in mid to late 2017, LONG before that episode of Mostly 4 Millennials came out in late 2018. Additionally I have screenshots confirming the dates as well. Here's a snap of it in BitChute that shows it was clearly released in 2017:

That was when it was transferred to BitChute but here it is nestled in chnoronological order on YouTube:

The 'Duck Billed Hickok SEarches For Easter Island Spirits' was released shortly after it and here is a screenshot of it in which it was clearly released in late July, adding further proof that 'Grab Em By The Flat Earth' dates back to early July 2017:

YouTube has also removed the timestamp from the Eric Andre critique video for some reason:

This blog was originally published in July 2018. I don't like how Minds changes the date whenever you edit something. Here is a screenshot of when it was originally published:
