These personal sized pizzas are made with Parmesan based wraps from Costco that have just 1 carb per wrap.
Ingredients
- Costco Parmesan Folio Wraps
- Garlic and herb seasoning
- Low carb sauce or chili garlic sauce of your choice
- Favorite pizza toppings
Lay out wraps on a lightly sprayed baking sheet and set oven to 350
Spray or oil a baking sheet VERY lightly and lay out wraps, then add a thin layer of sauce. I use a spicy chili and garlic spread for mine. No sugar marinara will work also.
Add your favorite toppings.
Bake in oven on top shelf at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes till toppings are browned.
I found that these folio wraps come out more cheesy tasting once baked in the oven. Because of this you can use minimal cheese toppings since the "crust" is essentially cheese. They also rolled up really well into a burrito shape and made an excellent hybrid pizza style wrap.
