Low Carb Keto Ideas 5: No Bake Chocolate Coconut Peanut butter cups.

Otherwise known as Keto Fat Bombs, these chocolates are similar to traditional no-bake cookies but have zero sugar and only 1 carb each.

1 cup coconut oil

1 cup almond or peanut butter

6 tbsp plain cocoa powder (or cocao)

8-10 pumps Torani sugar free syrup (your fave flavor)

1 cup shredded unsweetened coconut or (chopped pecans)


5 simple ingredients

Stir oil, nut butter, and cocoa together and melt till warm a few seconds in microwave.


1st three ingredients


Melted and stirred

Once liquid and blended well, add coconut and Torani syrup.


Add coconut and Torani to first 3 blended ingredients.

Pour into mini molds and freeze for at least 1 hour to harden.


Mini cup molds

Makes 24 min cup sized bites. 1 carb each and sugar free.
