Only around 1.5 carbs per popper and of course, sugar free. Super spicy with gooey melted cheese.


- Slice large jalapenos in half and spread on baking sheet.

- Add 1 strip of pepper jack cheese.

(Optional: 1/2 cream cheese 1/2 pepper jack) for creamier filling

- Top with raw crumbled sausage, cooked diced bacon, or diced pepperoni

- Sprinkle with seasoning of your choice.


350 for 25-30 mins

Spicy Dipping Sauce:

- Dukes Mayo

- Cholula hot sauce to taste

These poppers are really easy and fast to prepare. I make them when i'm having a junk food craving, and they always do the job. At just 1.5 carbs per popper you don't have to worry about breaking ketosis while enjoying this melted decadence. Enjoy!
