Toss wings in a large bowl with seasoning. I use Kicked-Up Chicken by Stonemill from Aldi. Add a light dusting of baking powder to help brown and crisp the skin. Baking powder is 0 carbs per serving.


Raw  Wings in Seasoning

Spread wings on baking sheet and cook at 350 for 1 hour, covered. Leave wings uncovered for last 10 mins of baking. Turn on broiler to finish crisping and browning before removing from oven.


1 carb per serving. 0 sugar.

Place cooked wings in a clean bowl and toss with buffalo sauce and butter or serve it on the side. Sweet Baby Ray's is 1 carb per serving, 0 sugar, and keto friendly.
