The Queen Triggerfish or also known as the Old Wife is a species of triggerfish that is found in the Atlantic Ocean and is listed as near-threatened.

Reasons for near-threatened status - fishing, bycatching, invasive predators.

Conservation efforts - Does live in protected areas. A harvest management plan is in place.
