The White-rumped Vulture is a species of vulture native to Asia and is listed as critically endangered.

Reasons for critically endangered status -  anti-inflammatory drug diclofenac in cattle (food chain).

Conservation efforts - diclofenac has been banned in some countries in Asia but not all. There are breeding and reintroduction programs in place.

Population: 3,500 - 15,000
