The Oceanic Whitetip Shark or also known as the Brown Milbert's Sand Bar Shark, Brown Shark, Lesser White Shark, Nigano Shark, Oceanic White-tipped Whaler, and Silvertip Shark is a species of shark native that can be found in tropical and warm temperate seas worldwide and is listed as critically endangered. 

Reasons for critically endangered status - Commercial Fishing and Bycatch.

Conservation efforts - Little effort has been shown to protect the Oceanic Whitetip Shark.
