Talking keto with my fat ass

This week, I have been having trouble on a topic so I decided to talk a bit about health and my keto.

My husband and I started a keto diet back in February (high fat low carb) and it was working great! We hit a bit of a rough patch with money and had to go back to our cheap high carb foods. During this time I had gone from 210 down to 188 (give or take) and after 2 months of being off keto was right back to 208.

I have never been a small girl, living with my father I was given 3 meals a day but never really aloud outside because no one was ever home till later. At my mother's she always made a potato or rice side but when there I never wanted to go outside because I didn't have friends there and didn't want to hang with my younger brothers friends he was 4.5 years younger than me.

But after reading and doing just basic researching on this diet I found that I don't really need to change much. Just the flower I cook with sugars and no more rice pastas or just starch in general.

I had went on a 24 hour fast today (it was broke at 16 hours and by a little Debbie's double stacker fudge round. My fat ass didn't know they had those 🤤 fuck ya I enjoyed it lol) and lost 2 pounds. I always get what I had called hunger pains my back would hurt to the point I would be doubled over on the floor, all from not eating the moment I felt hungry. However today I took a bc powder and laid down forcing myself to sleep through it. When I got up I wanted to eat but realized I was bored... I didn't care about the food I just wanted to eat cause I was bored. I wasn't hurting either. Now I know this is a problem I will have to work out with myself but my thing is this. If I can push through that pain just to find myself wanting to eat out of boredom what else is out bodies going through?

Did you know a majority of foods that we consume have soy? Did you also know that they tell women who are going through menopause to eat more soy because it helps them balance out their ESTROGEN levels? And lastly did you know it has been linked to a DECLINE in testosterone?

Also I found that having higher blood sugars can actually cause women to have more testosterone in their bodies (little hairs on the chin or neck and around the nipples).

Studies on keto have actually found that women who have PCOS can get pregnant and have healthy pregnancies and babies.

I will be doing another fast Friday to get back into ketosis and push my body to be the best it can be (I would tomorrow but I'm already out and Sonic is having $1 hotdog day and as I said I'm a fat ass🤣) I want another baby and I am sick of being fat. I was never small but I was at least in a healthy weight and would like to get back to that.

No child wants to be known as the kid with the fat mom and no mom wants to be that so I am doing this for the kid I have and the ones I hope to have after.
