On the Recently Changed Tokens Distribution Model

USD is an artificial, man-made construct. It does not exist in a state of nature. If it was not created, you would not have access to it. Therefore, you do not have a right to it. 

It is a tool created to assist in the transaction of goods and services. It can "buy" value, but ultimately it cannot substitute for value. A million USD is worthless to a man starving on a deserted island. It is a tool, not value itself.

You work in order to earn USD. But the USD itself is only a middleman to the livelihood you are actually working for. USD is just an arbitrary facilitator of the process. You could use Rubles, Yen, even Euros. So USD is not a necessity of livelihood.

The value of USD comes from the work people are willing to exchange for it. There is a certain value to writing a book, for example. The book may be deemed worth $15. But the book has a real value that transcends its USD price. The book would still hold value even if USD did not exist.

You have a right to earn a living, to produce work of value that will sustain yourself. You have no guarantee that USD will be the facilitator of this process.
