Paul and Julie then continued to establish Innovative Steel Detailing, a business specialising in fabrication workshop drawings for the steel industry. Within this role, they employed ten staff. They accomplished many projects including Darwin Airport Expansion, Gold Coast University Hospital, Pelican Waters Shopping Centre and Kawana Shopping World extension. All this knowledge and expertise has allowed them to obtain a vast knowledge base for their real estate careers.
