Let's check this President's comprehension of his job description (I'm not saying his predecessors were much better but we need to put the brakes on NOW since we missed the chance before now).

What is the President's authority to make laws?

Article 1, Section 1

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

And what are the limitation on the President's authority to make or break international agreements; i.e., "treaties"?

Article 2, Section 2. (parag 2)

He shall have Power, by and with the Advice and Consent of the Senate, to make Treaties, provided two thirds of the Senators present concur...

You can't write a memo and change a treaty. You can't make war without an act of Congress. You can't violate sanctions because you want to help a Chinese guy with jobs that compete with American jobs.

And any Supreme Court Justice that says the President's authority reads otherwise is an incompetent idiot that needs to be removed from the Court.

I'm a Democrat. I was saying the same thing during Obama's administration. This is too important to play sports or politics games about. Sorry, but it's your guy that needs to go down for this crap now.
