"The threat of aggression, from any group, any where must no longer be tolerated. There must be security for all or no one is secure!" That quote is used as an excuse to tax the people who live in fear. That is about 99% of you. You won't admit it but you all live in fear. You buy guns, take MMA lessons and you mostly believe that there are "bad guys" out there trying to get you.
Taxes are necessary but since 1913, taxes have been used as a means to punish groups, like blacks and in recent history Christian groups or pseudo conservative groups. Taxes are heavily spent on police officers (who are mostly high school graduates) to the tune of about $200 (give or take a $50) a day to put their lives on the line, taking on the bad criminals, much like myself. Why is that? Well, mostly because people fear me and know they cannot stop me. On the other hand, can a police officer stop me? Of course not. I can kill anyone reading this and no one can stop me but the fear makes the taxes justified. Are these taxes spent on cops theft or simply unwise taxes spent?
SIDENOTE: Cops, like gun laws, do not change human behavior. As long as our politicians believe that our civil rights/liberty comes from the government, they will always believe that government policy will change human behavior. Come on now, if God doesn't change human behavior how arrogant must a politician be to believe he can change change my behavior?
I says unwise. From 2016-2019, cops died in the line of duty from suicide more frequently than all forms of other ways you can die in the line of duty...combined! We don't spend taxes on minimizing crime because all the laws currently being written make you a criminal, just like me. You see, the current police state we live in does not prevent anything but actually promotes a gang like mentality in our police forces (which is a huge part of why they commit suicide so much). Don't worry, your local mayor loves putting our cops in dangerous positions, which is, to see everyone as a person that can kill them...to justify the need for taxes.
Wait, wait a minute. "Didn't you write in the beginning that you can kill anyone?" Yes, I did but it doesn't mean that I will. Everyone, ever single person has the ability to kill one another. We simply just do not do it. It is a myth that we are a murderous group of people. In fact over 99.999% of all the people in the US do not want to kill anyone. If people were murderous, we'd get in our cars and mow people down left and right.
Hey, that reminds me, the over 50,000 driving laws in California is another example of that fear factor in justifying heavy driving taxes.
Taxes have also served to get politicians, elected officials and their cronies rich and/or extremely wealthy. For example, Trump will hopefully uncover how foreign aid to the Ukraine is used to funnel money not only to the Biden family but also to the families of the late John McCain, Senator Graham, Senator Feinstein and a few more senators who are heavily invested in companies that deal in the "defense of our country". A huge majority portion of that aid to the Ukraine must be spent on legitimate military purposes, that the US must approve...like the contracted work from US Senator owned defense companies.
So as you can read, taxation is not theft. Taxes are what the people want. Taxes are simply spent because everyone is afraid of the boogie man that lives in the ghetto. Then when that trick does not work, the boogie man will be Russian or Chinese or Korean. When that doesn't work, the boogie man will be some Christian male looking to make you have babies against your will because nothing says fear more than having your clam stretched by an eight pound pile of goo.
