Institutional Racism Is Real

The greatest legal minds, from Harvard, Stanford or Mark Levin haven't figured out what is Institutional Racism (IR). Jailhouse lawyers, BLM activists and BAMN members who teach at Jr High Schools haven't figured out what is IR. Media investigators from FOX to CNN haven't either.
All of the above have opinions about Institutional Racism. It varies from "It doesn't exist." to "It's slavery nigga, slavery!". Well everyone is wrong. (Plato told me and dead people have no reason to lie.)
Here is the legal definition that scholars should be using (because it is the true mechanism in which IR lives today...since 1913)
Institutional Racism: is the historic practice of any government agency (federal, state or local) or corporation or individual wielding power under state authority for the public benefit or the public convenience the denial of Civil Rights against African-Americans and Chinese-Americans through developing laws and enacting said laws through the administrative process that usurp the 4th Amendment, 5th Amendment, 6th Amendment, 13th Amendment, and 14th Amendment in exchange for any type of government benefit (be it financial favor, appointment or any type of state authority for the public benefit or public convenience) not afforded to individuals who do not partake in discriminatory practices.
SIDENOTE: Just in case some lawyer or other "constitutional" experts chime in to say, "Hey, that is not the legal definition!". I say to you...yes it is. I wrote it and it was successfully used against a very powerful, pro BLM, govt. labor union.
Did you notice that Latinos or Mexican-Americans were not mentioned in the definition? There were no Filipinos, or Vietnamese or even Japanese mentioned in the legal definition. I did that purposely because there is zero laws passed by congress to discriminate against them. It only applies to blacks and Chinese-Americans. Everyone could address their grievances and win at the local state court level, except blacks and Chinese
Now that you know a bit about IR, let me tell you about how, what and why it is used.
Institutional Racism was invented by Progressives back in 1913. IR is still being used by Progressives today in every city across America where they (the Progressives have a super majority).
Progressives, through IR, spend BILLIONS every year to take away opportunities from blacks (MainStreamMedia makes tons $$$ off advertising dollars by perpetuating "ghetto fabulous" myths as positive things aka "taking by making false accusations"...that is a Biblical quote from Luke 19:8)...specifically targeting blacks through lack of educational opportunities, which leads to mass incarcerations.Then, when you add the fact that Progressive governments have specifically zoned black areas for Planned Parenthood for the past 50 years under the guise of family planning and/or hiding the facts regarding the medical dangers of having an abortion. I can go on and on but you people already know the Progressive agenda.
Chinese Americans are no longer targeted but they still feel the effects of Affirmative Action laws in university admissions throughout the country.
Sidenote #2: There is no specific Affirmative Action law (AAL). AAL just means laws passed to undo the mess of the 1964 Civil Rights Act aka the worst Jim Crow law ever.
Blacks have been targeted by Progressives through massive administrative polices to remain at the bottom. Why? So Progressives can
1. get a ton on tax payer funds to stay in power by looking busy. When you look busy people think you are doing good.
2. make a ton of money by paying themselves millions by "overseeing non-profits" like a Clinton Foundation (Race Hustling is a trillion dollar industry now. And it is not just Al Sharpton, Nike makes a ton too)
3. Fool others in believing that Christians are racists and/or bigots. When blacks stop going to Christian churches, the looting and shooting grows. People forget that the Bible is an old Ethiopian history book...if you believe Genesis.
4. Control everyone else who isn't black or Progressive. That is their end game, to turn the USA into some atheist communist country.
Get it through your heads. Institutional Racism is real. Stop defending yourself against Progressives when they call you racist. Call them the racists and defend your position with what you have just read.
We can end IR by voting out Progressives and/or shining a light on them. All Progressives are racist and will use IR. it doesn't matter if they are Asian, white or black..., all Progressives are racist.
Please do not confuse stereotyping, which is totally fine, with IR. IR can only be done by the govt. Not dating a black guy because you think he'll poke your eye out when he pulls down his pants is funny and not racism of the institutional type.
