Hey Minds Friends! 😊

Recently, I have been devoting more time to my physical health. Being in my mid 30's I realize obtaining and maintaining physical health can be challenging. We live in a fast food culture so it's really important that we get the proper nutrition to grow and thrive. I've also been making a lot of dietary changes as well such as switching to a more complete multivitamin, being more mindful of what I eat, cutting out red meat, and dramatically increasing my water intake.

Being physically active will always be a passion of mine. Some of my favorite exercises are the Sally up Sally down squat challenge, arm curls, stair steppers and sit-ups. If you have any workout or healthy meal suggestions please make sure to leave them in the comment section. It is greatly appreciated!
