They tell us who they are.

 The Illuminati is quite real and includes many secret societies. The most well known is the Masons. The Hollywood elite and political elite are all in a Masonic order as well. They constantly show us publically who they are and what they believe, but the average person doesn't notice the signs they use. They are just like gangs in the way they "represent" so to speak, just like gangs they "throw" or "flash" their signs. 

 John Podesta is one of them, as almost all political leaders are. He is seen flashing his colors in the infamous picture above. The meaning is found in the Egyptian story of the death of Osiris, who was chopped into 14 pieces and the parts scattered  across Egypt. Isis recovered the pieces all except for the penis, which had been eaten by a FISH. So what Podesta is alluding to, with that pervert grin on his face, is the penis of Osiris. This is the symbol of the "generative force" which is sex energy. This also is a central part of "Judaism" which is based on mystical Khaballah which is essentially Babylonian sex magic. The greatest thinkers of the Masonic order and the secret society mystery school tie Khaballah together, by the way, even though the primary allegorical symbolism of the Order is Egyptian myth. The existence and purpose of the Pizzagate cult and Epstein island all make sense when you understand this. This is why they ritually rape children and sacrifice them. They believe in the power of sex and in stealing energy from children. 

 It is also worth mention that Mike Myers also alluded to this with his villain Gold Member in the Austin Powers comedy. Because you see Isis, unable to recover the penis of Osiris, fashioned one out of gold in order to reassemble her husband and concieve a child, Horus. Of course the Eye of Horus symbol is also a major symbol for the Order.
