This was inspired while watching a TV Series called Shaolin Heroes after hearing the Monk talking to the participants these words came to me. He was teaching them a breathing exercise.

We were given these so that others can manipulate and control our words, actions and behaviors. The words jumps in my head, Write your own songs. Their was more but it is hard to express in words.
