The Amazing Toad-headed Agama 🔥
What does this animal remind you of?
This is the Toad-headed Agama (Phrynocephalus spp.), a diurnal lizard found in the deserts of Iran, Azerbaijan, and some parts of China.
These flaps, which are normally folded down, can be raised when the agama feels threatened.
This little friend, measuring just over 24 cm (including its tail), is listed as Vulnerable by the IUCN Red List.
