Bible - For Overcomers

Jesus, in Matthew 5:48, tells us to "to be perfect, even as your Father in heaven is perfect." How is this possible? The Bible gives us the guidance & assurance that the Holy Ghost within us is more than able to help us along "the Way of Holiness" found in Isaiah 35:8. Practical holiness is possible day by day. This is absolutely not an endorsement of a second work of Grace, as taught by some. Rather, this is the reality of sinful Christians trying to tap into God's power, one day at a time, to glorify Him.

Myth: "Good always wins"

Within both the Kingdom of God & the Kingdom of Man there is a false myth that "Good always wins." Thousands of years of human history prove that it rarely wins, and when it does occur, it's usually brief. It is also antithetical to the the Lord's Prayer in Matthew 6:10, where Christians are to pray that God's will may actually be done here, as it (already) is in Heaven. We are not in the Millennium yet! To hear 'Christian leadership' speak these type of platitudes....you can readily see why the church (in the West) is weak & lacks all Discernment.
