Bitcoin was invented in 2008. Since that time, Bitcoin blockchain has operated without significant disruption. (To date, any of problems associated with Bitcoin have been due to hacking or mismanagement. In other words, these problems come from bad intention and human error, not flaws in the underlying concepts.) The internet itself has proven to be durable for almost 30 years. It’s a track record that bodes well for blockchain technology as it continues to be developed. But lets speak about BizShake, the project that is using blockchain technlogy.
BizShake:
BizShake is P2P sharing economy of the future comprised of a holistic ecosystem of dAppa which allows users to share their own property and real-world assets with other users and generate an income from doing so. Sharing access rights of assets among a community is essential to improve positive social responsibility whilst helping achieve a better living standard for all.
BizShake believes this and is using this vision to build the foundation of this new P2P market paradigm. Another aspect of BizShake that I’m really excited about is their SmartPawn function which we’ll get into detail later. It basically allows users to exchange the temporary usage right of an asset with financial benefits for both parties, and these benefits are based on pre-established agreements and based on blockchain technology.
BizShake dApps:
1.SmartRent will allow users to rent assets for a certain period of time to other users for a pre-determined fee. SmartRent will allow lessor to exploit the full potential of ownership with economic return as well as allowing lessees to enjoy the use of an asset without investing in its purchase.
2.SmartPawn will allow users to receive a short-term loan from another user; the loan will be backed by the transfer of an asset. When the loan will be refund, the asset will be transferred back. Using SmartPawn is another form in which the owner can exploit the fill potential of ownership
3.BizShake will implement a decentralized dispute system that is based on peer control, as users will help other users to judge and settle the disputes
4.SmartCertify will adopt an innovative Blockchain ,will implement an affiliation program to involve Certifier Users in order to greatly reduce fake or broken objects of high-value assets. On the other hand, it will allow users to grant the authenticity of the assets they are sharing with the community
