When there is a crisis, our bodies tend to register that crisis in different ways. Some people tend to be pretty laid back about it. taking it in their stride, while while others show it in covert ways by fretting and worrying while comfort eating to make up for it.
How are you coping with the recession in emotional terms? Do you find that the uncertainty and insecurity of current times is making you put on weight, take it off or have you stayed virtually the same?
How is that body reacting to stress?
What recession? My body seems to have reacted more to my diabetes than to anything else, and I am still too weighty for my liking!
As I am also retired, I haven't really ben affected by the recession, as my income stays the same whether times are good or bad!
I guess that's a very good place to be because then I haven't got to worry about something else as well.
