Quiet adventures in ceramics

My friend Jim is a keen biscuit baker, and he wanted a pot to keep his small utensils in.  I came up with this slab-built pot, in warm terracotta stoneware.  I decorated it with my rough interpretation of part-finished Mishima in yellow slip, and a clear glaze.  I'm quite pleased with how it turned out, and Jim tells me he likes it very much.  He is a good friend.
