163. Which of these luxury items would you have if you were offered one as a gift? And why?

Everyone of us dreams of being rich at some point. It is always great to live the fantasy and conjure up ideas of what we would do in such circumstances. But suppose it became a reality, with conditions, how would you handle it?

Suppose someone offered you you a choice of the following items, but you could have ONLY ONE, which would it be and why?

The items are:

1. Large mansion

2. Fabulous car like Ferrari, Aston Martin etc

3. Sizeable sailing yacht

4. Helicopter

5. Private plane

Fire away but do stick to the condition!

For me it would have to be a yacht. I could use it as a home sometimes, it could also take me round the world, and when I am tired of it I could sell it and get something else! :o)
