Waking up is often hard to do.
I came upon this a few years ago and it works.
Most of us are a bit groggy and would love to have more sleep, but duty calls. Instead of just having a a plain cup of coffee try adding some black seed oil and cocoa to the mix.
Recipe:
5 Drops Black Seed Oil
1 Teaspoon Cocoa or 2 for taste
Most people are not really fond of the taste of the oil, nor am I particularly so I modified it by adding 3 drops of almond oil extract which gives it a pleasant taste.
As you are probably aware coffee has no calories, so other sending a volcanic shock to stimulate you it won't provide you with any sustained energy. This concoction will however give you the energy and also some essential vitamins and health benefits as well.
