Politics from Poland:

Currently PiS holds a majority on it's own. Since 2014 the president is Andrzej Duda, basically PiS's pen boy.

The main forces at play since the 2015 election in Poland are:

PiS Majority

- The current governing party,  who are considered right wingers is "PiS" - "Prawo i Sprawiedliwość", which translates roughly into "Law & Justice". The leader and the guy who basically leads all of government is Jarosław Kaczyński. Jarosław Kaczyński leads our whole government, making almost all most important decisions even though he's only elected as a representative to the "house" (sejm).
I would call their policies socialist in core, they call themselves conservatives yet they constantly increase the government's role in our lives. I don't think they have yet passed a single important law that would actually make us more right-wing. They want to maintain a public system of education, healthcare, social security and culture.
They have more than 50% of the elected officials in parliament so they can pass any law they want.

- The main opposing party is Platforma Obywatelska, roughly translates into "Civic Platform". Currently led by Grzegorz Schetyna. They are considered the left in our political spectrum. They are also socialist at heart, their 8 years of governing together with PSL ("Polish People's Party) is considered horrible, they are considered thieves and liars.
Thanks to them PiS currently has a majority all by itself in government.
Their platform relies on "European Union Values", such as democratic socialism and wanting to teach sex ed to children. They ran as conservative liberals (conservative liberals are
similar to conservative libertarians in the USA), but they constantly lied and they couldn't even get taxes reduced.

- The next opposing party is .Nowoczesna, I'm pretty sure this is some kind of ripoff from a German movement which basically means "New Liberals". They are progressives, really leftist but they also call themselves somewhat liberal at economy, yet they also are democratic socialists. Many contradictions here too. Their party has been falling apart recently with the leaders leaving and the party drowning in debt.

- Ruch Kukiz 15', Kukiz 15', isn't a political party, it was a movement created by a popular rock musician, Paweł Kukiz. His main idea is to increase direct democracy, change voting law so that we have single-member districts like UK or USA and decrease taxation. Unfortunately many of his members turned out to be Unionists or Socialists in general and vote our freedom away.

- SLD is Sojusz Lewicy Demokratycznej "Alliance of the Democratic Left". They didn't get into parliament last election, because they went as a coalition and didn't pass 8%.

- PSL is Polskie Stronnictwo Ludowe which basically means "Polish People's Party". They are socialists too, but they rely heavily on rural people, they seem quite agrarian.

- Wolność is Janusz Korwin-Mikke's current party. In 2015 he got 4,76% of the vote and his party didn't pass the 5% rule. Basically the only non-socialist party that has the chance to get into government.  He's got 1 representative in parliament, Jacek Wilk.
Korwin calls himself a "liberal conservative", TL;DR:
-Monarchist
-Radical Capitalist
-Anti-Egalitarian
-Minarchist
-Liberty
-Decentralization
