The Department of Justice's internal auditor into the Hillary Clinton email investigation has moved into its final phase, as the DOJ notified multiple subjects mentioned in the document that they can privately review it by week's end, and will have a "few days" to craft any response to criticism contained within the report, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Those invited to review the report were told they would have to sign nondisclosure agreements in order to read it, people familiar with the matter said. They are expected to have a few days to craft a response to any criticism in the report, which will then be incorporated in the final version to be released in coming weeks. -WSJ
Journalist Paul Sperry reports that "IG Horowitz has found "reasonable grounds" for believing there has been a violation of federal criminal law in the FBI/DOJ's handling of the Clinton investigation/s and has referred his findings of potential criminal misconduct to Huber for possible criminal prosecution.
Bless their hearts! They played their roles well and now it comes. This is not my world. I am just the narrator and at times the oracle.
Sperry noted on Twitter that the FBI and DOJ had targeted former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn before his December 2016 phone call with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak, stemming from photos of Flynn at a December 2015 Moscow event with Vladimir Putin and Jill Stein.
For those who think the OIG report is going to be "all part of the show" - nah LOL It is done. LOL This isn't rocket science.
Look at the man who has brought this to past. Do not mess with a righteous man. That's why we love them so! LOL It doesn't matter if that man is a good or bad guy - if he is righteous about it, believes what he is doing is good and right regardless of what anyone else thinks, then he will succeed. So shall we?
Horowitz went to war with the Obama Administration to restore the OIG's powers and didn't get them back until Trump took office.
Horowitz was appointed head of the Office of the Inspector General (OIG) in April, 2012 after the Obama administration removed the OIG's investigative powers in 2011 during the "Fast and Furious" scandal. The changes forced the Inspectors General for all government agencies to request information while conducting investigations, as opposed to the authority to demand it. This allowed Holder et al to drag down OIG requests in bureaucratic red tape, and in some cases, deny them.
LOL Don't mess with a righteous man! This is a great story by the way. I have truly enjoyed it like the Arwans. Round of applause for all!
Horowitz's office prepared a report for Congress in March of 2015, the Open and Unimplemented IG Recommendations. It laid out the Obama Administration for all to see in Congress showing among other things how the administration was wasting tens of billions of dollars by ignoring the recommendations made by the OIG.
There were several attempts by congress to restore the OIG's investigative powers and it was Rep. Jason Chaffetz who successfully introduced H.R.6450 - the Inspector General Empowerment Act of 2016 - signed by a defeated Democratic party and Democratic lame duck President Obama into law on December 16th, 2016, sealing an alliance between Horrowitz and both houses of Congress.
LOL A grateful righteous man is now on the warpath and he did it.
While the public won't get to see classified details of the OIG report, Mr. Horowitz is also big on public disclosure:
Horowitz's efforts to roll back Holder's restrictions on the OIG has cemented the working relationship between Congress and the Inspector General's ofice, and all appear to be on the same page. FBI Director Christopher Wray seems to be on the same page as too.
Ok. Back to the OIG report expected by Congress a week from Monday.
On January 12, 2017 Inspector Horowitz announced an OIG investigation based on "requests from numerous Chairmen and Ranking Members of Congressional oversight committees, various organizations (such as Judicial Watch?), and members of the public."
The request included but are not limited to the FBI's handling of the Clinton email investigation, to whether or not Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe should have been recused from the investigation - over $700,000 his wife's campaign took from Clinton pal Terry McAuliffe around the time of the email investigation - to potential collusion with the Clinton campaign and the timing of various FOIA releases.
July 27, 2017 the House Judiciary Committee called on the DOJ to appoint a Special Counsel. They detailed their concerns in 14 questions pertaining to "actions taken by previously public figures like Attorney General Loretta Lynch, FBI Director James Comey, and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton."
The questions range from Loretta Lynch directing Mr. Comey to mislead the American people on the nature of the Clinton investigation, Secretary Clinton's mishandling of classified information and the (mis)handling of her email investigation by the FBI, the DOJ's failure to have a grand jury to investigate Clinton, and questions about the Clinton Foundation, Uranium One, and whether the FBI relied on the "Trump-Russia" dossier created by Fusion GPS.
September 26, 2017, The House Judiciary Committee repeated their call to the DOJ for a special counsel, pointing out that former FBI Director James Comey lied to Congress when he said that he decided not to recommend criminal charges against Hillary Clinton until after she was interviewed, when in fact Comey had drafted her exoneration before said interview.
The OIG report can tie all of this together as it will solidify requests by congressional committees, while also satisfying a legal requirement for the Department of Justice to impartially appoint a Special Counsel.
Once congress has reviewed the OIG report, the House and Senate Judiciary Committees will use it to bolster their investigations, which will result in hearings with the end result of requesting or demanding a Special Counsel investigation.
A lot of people imagined that end. LOL of course they were compelled. It was their role and they are magnificent. The Hero! Horowitz! A righteous man on a mission! Isn't he wonderful? Don't get me wrong now. Comey is a wonderful bad boy! LOL He was righteous too. All accused in the report did. Comey allowed doubt to gather into his mind and he maligned another obviously. LOL See meme above.
The DOJ can appoint a Special Counsel at any point, or wait for Congress to demand one. If a request for a Special Counsel is ignored, Congress can pass legislation to force an the appointment.
The DOJ could act on the OIG report and investigate/prosecute themselves without a Special Counsel but I don't think they will even consider that. Congress wouldn't stand for that.
After the report's completion, the DOJ will throw in their two cents. Their comments are key. The DOJ can take various actions regarding "Policy, personnel, procedures, and re-opening of investigations. Just about everything is up for grabs including immunity agreements being rescinded.
The DOJ will finally be able to move forward with an impartially appointed Special Counsel.
Bless them all! All think they are doing good and so they shall see maligning another to make yourself look good isn't very good since when you do malign it is you doing it to you.
So you get a spanking and here it comes. The people stopped being afraid and stopped being victims. They disliked being bullied and shall not become the bully they disliked but justice will prevail. Those who were in charge are not sorry they did what they did - they are sorry they got caught. That's ok. As the people know all too well, you gotta go into a hole of pain and darkness to emerge into the light as a new man. The old man is dead.
In this digital age they take things out of context and present them to you as 'fact' and then they cry when the majority turn away from them, calling them fake news and tsk, tsk, tsking and blessing their hearts but to return nevermore. LOL
Fresno County Sheriff Margaret Mims expressed her frustrations with the federal government to the president regarding the handling of criminal illegal immigrants and cited MS-13 gang members as an example.
Responding directly to that, Trump said the following:
“You wouldn’t believe how bad these people are. These aren’t people, these are animals, and we’re taking them out of the country at a level and at a rate that’s never happened before.”
Dozens of media outlets have shared the response to Sheriff Mims but did not include her question and comments that were directly about MS-13.
This is purposefully mischaracterized the president’s remarks to accuse him of referring to immigrants as “animals.”
It is worth repeating - see meme above on thinking ill of others. LOL Bless their hearts!
CNN, ABC News, CBS News, NBC News, and C-SPAN shared the clip on Twitter leaving out the crucial context of Trump’s response.
The New York Times shared Trump’s quote and implied that he was referring to “undocumented immigrants” instead of violent gang members.
NBC News Chief Foreign Affairs Correspondent Andrea Mitchell tweeted that Trump’s “animal” jab was in reference to “people trying to get into the country.”
Washington Post reporter Robert Costa noted that the president had used the term “animal” before on the campaign trail in 2015, but what he neglected to mention was that Trump specifically used the word in reference to the illegal immigrant who shot and killed Kate Steinle.
The New York Daily News accused Trump of “hurling hate at immigrants” with its Thursday cover.
As for headlines - The New York Times “Trump Calls Some Unauthorized Immigrants ‘Animals in Rant,” USA Today “Trump calls undocumented people ‘animals,’ rhetoric with a dark past,” Voxhad “Trump on deported immigrants: ‘They’re not people They’re animals,'” The Huffington Post “Trump Refers to Immigrants As ‘Animals.’ Again,” Business Insider “Trump says some unauthorized immigrants ‘aren’t people’ but ‘animals’ who will be rapidly kicked out of the US,” and The Washington Post “Calling immigrants ‘animals,’ Trump evokes an ugly history of dehumanization.”
Here is the actual full clip via CBS.
When the mainstream media misleads viewers and readers by purposefully taking the President's words out of context, well it will show up in earnings as viewership and readership falls. It will fall. No one likes it when another tries to manipulate them and the majority are sick of fear and maligning others when everyone seems to be doing the best that they can.
AP has deleted it's tweet on Trump's 'animals' comment: "It wasn't made clear he was speaking' about MS-13." ROTFLOL aren't they cute? Bless their hearts!
Well LOL "some employees" in Wells Fargo’s business banking, aka "wholesale" unit and is separate from Wells' retail division, improperly altered information on documents related to corporate customers without their knowledge. Bless their hearts!
The information adjusted by Wells employees varied from social security numbers to addresses to dates of birth for people associated with business-banking clients, with the most of the incidents taking place in 2017 and early 2018, as Wells Fargo was trying to meet a deadline to comply with a regulatory consent order related to the bank’s anti-money-laundering controls.
In other words, to comply with regulations against fabricating client data, Wells fabricated client data. ROTFLOL gotta love the irony!
The EU is demanding tariffs on metals be permanently removed in an effort to force the US to comply with the Iran deal. You stick with the deal and we get perpetually freedom from tariffs on metals. LOL I don't think they thought it out.
The EU is accusing the US of trying to force them to buy US more expensive nat gas than the cheaper Russian nat gas. The US had said it will sanction companies that do help build the pipeline that will add more Russian nat gas to the European markets.
We are One and it will all work out.
It will all work out in the end. The EU countries that are in NATO and want NATO have not paid in over a decade putting that money into social concerns that are really none of their concern at all but ok.
Now they want NATO, not pay for it, and get the freedom of no tariffs, and demand the US stick with the Iran deal.
Hmmm. Doesn't sound reasonable to me. It has to be a trade. A win win for all and bowing to them would be to admit we are victims and weak and we are not. That was the old man. Those days are over. It's ok. We will all be ok and it will all work out. It is ok to be confident and it is ok to demand respect.
I don't know how it will work out I just know it will. It always does. Bless their hearts!
Everything is made up of energy and the particle that kicks it off is each one of us individually. As energy builds it has to go somewhere and there is only negative and positive energy and energy at rest. That is it.
So if a lot of positive energy is going on like in Houston where a lot of negative energy was released and now filled with positive energy you first get Hurricane Harvey created by negative energy buildup to remove all the negative build up and then the positive fills the void or more negative depending on the people within the community and how they think and feel.
Hawaii has had a large buildup of negative energy as has California, and Washington State. The result for Hawaii is the volcano and with it is good, more land, good soil when it is done, and the bad, homes built on it destroyed.
One has to wonder why you would build a home much less buy a home on an active or near an active volcano but ok. LOL Bless their hearts!
Kilauea volcano has erupted from its summit, shooting a dusty plume of ash about 30,000 feet into the sky.
Flat day. Target 3200 remains.
