bit.tube

easy to remember with the .tube and with a double meaning imo inside that "bi":
- IPFS based and so decentralized.

- TUBE crypto mining in order to help bitters while watching their videos ^^

Talking about the second point:
It doesn't only rewards the content creator but also who watches the video! Indeed, a 10% of the crypto generated goes to the platform owners and the rest is divided between who watches and who have uploaded the video.. pretty awesome! uh?! ;D

This is the way It works:
1. once on the website the IPFS client is downloaded and connects to the DHT (distributed hash table) so starts downloading the content from people that owns them (watching videos you store part of it on your computer)

2. hitting the play button on a video you'll notice that your computer is increasing in CPU usage and that's absolutely normal! Actually You are not displaying advertisements for this reason!

3. digital currency is now being generated and shared with the content creator and the bit.tube to pay the bill (they actually convert your video in various formats and pin at least one time your content on the IPFS!)

4. the digital currency is called TUBE and can be exchanged actually in various trading platforms for bitcoin or directly Eur, Dollars, Yen or whatever!

The actual value of a TUBE at today 17 May 2018 is ~ $ 0.18

Videos can be easily imported from YouTube without effort.. indeed, it took only 5 or 10 minutes to me for importing hundreds of them from my channel ^^

What are you waiting for?
