The main idea of EQUI.capital is to transform the venture capital industry and fundraising with the help of cryptocurrency. The aim of the company is to make close connections between ordinary investors and the venture capital industry. This field is a promising business, leading to making good money, but not everyone has the opportunity to engage in it. That is why EQUI is trying to bring the venture capital fundraising to everyone with no exception.
The token used on the platform is EQUItoken, which can be purchased by three groups of people- Investors, Holders, and Traders. Investors use their tokens to invest in new business and receive a 70% of the profit of every project they cooperate with. Holders do not invest in projects but hold their tokens and receive 5% of the profits of realized projects. The third group- Traders- are the one who benefit only from raise in the price of the tokens. They do not keep their EQUItokens on the platform.
The process of Investment is divided into five steps in order for the process to be easier and more efficient. The first step is Identification. The team of professionals is using their experience and knowledge to offer the best opportunities for everyone with good ideas, bright vision on the future of their projects and determination.
Then the Evaluation and Due Diligence takes action. Through this step all investment projects follow a strict protocol, which covers a number of areas like legal, financial and so on. Third step- Transact. Here, the team will consult with legal representatives in order to make sure that all funded investments are going to meet the minimum funding goal. If this does not happen, all Investors will have their tokens back.
Ongoing Support is a step, through which EQUI provides support, advices and access to various resources via the platform. The final step is taking care of the stakeholders. The team analyzes the market conditions and the best possible outcomes in order to provide the best exit position.

The idea of the project was born and developed in 2017, when the ICO preparation was also taking place. The real deal, however, started in February, 2018, when $7,000,000 was raised in a Private Pre-Sale. Then, in April, the number of partnerships started to rise, the company improved its positioning and also the ICO period was extended up until June 30, 2018.
The actions that are about to be taken, are taken into consideration in such a way, that takes the project on the next level. May, 2018 is reserved for the New Marketing and Publicity Roll-out, for the revision of the Whitepaper, and for the Public Pre-Sale.

In this section I will focus on the team and mostly on the founders of the company. The Lead Founder is Doug Barrowman. Nearly 25 years ago he started working on his own, managing a career in the Investment Business. He is currently a Founder and a Chairman of Knox Group of Companies.
The Co-Founder is Baroness Mone of Mayfair. In 2000 she won the Business Woman of the Year Award at the Corporate Elite Awards in London. She also received an OBE from Her Majesty Elizabeth II and Life Peerage to the House of Lords by the UK Prime Minister.
These people have proven that their knowledge is more than enough to take the company to the stars, their achievements talk for themselves.
☑️EQUI.ICO – Dates and Prices
The ICO dates were changed recently and the team wants to be clear on what is going on with the whole project. So the new dates for the Pre-ICO are May 15th, 2018 - May 31st, 2018. The Main Sale is going to start in June.
There will be bonuses and discounts in both periods. For the first one, the Discount Program is expected to include bonuses of 40% and 50%. During the Main Sale are offered bonuses of 20%,15%, and 5%.

What I think is that everyone deserves a chance to invest and be a part of the venture capital industry. The world is full of people with great ideas and brilliant minds, but these people find it really hard to find the help they need in order to realize their projects.
