In our modern world it is very common for people to search for something to invest in. One favorable method that is currently becoming more and more popular is investing in Real Estate because there are plenty of ways for people of all groups to do so. Though I must add that traditional real estate models have really difficult barriers to pass and that creates a big issue for some investors who are unable to purchase certain patches of land. There are many restrictions, requirements, taxes and a ton of things more that are just there to prevent some people to enter the market. To overcome all the problems and complications, REITS (REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT TRUSTS) was created and it performs exactly as intended, although you still need to fill in some requirements so your company can be a REIT but those can be found all over the web so if anyone is interested they can google all the information they need.
I`m pretty sure everyone knows something about blockchain at this point but I`ll say a couple of words about it: It is one of the most well-known topics in just about any sort of service as it can be integrated in pretty much anything. It`s possibilities are endless because of the way it works. Blockchain also gives additional security with storing data.
If we combine the last two paragraphs we are going to get GLOBAL REIT. Global REIT is going to work just like the traditional REIT but thanks to the blockchain that is integrated into it it`s going to have some additional features that thankfully are all listed in the whitepaper but I`ll spoil some: The token holders “Asset Owning Company” are going to be paid every month unlike traditional REITS.
Like any other good project, GLOBAL REIT has its own path drawn and planned beforehand and thankfully for us the roadmap is neatly located on the website as well as on the whitepaper. According to it the concept design and the development stage began in November 2017 with just an idea and now it is in its Pre-ICO part where the sale has its own parameters which we`ll discuss in a minute. In the future, Global REIT, has planned a couple of acquisitions of assets in different countries all over the world most of which are in its home country U.A.E. In December of 2018 they are going to reach one of their final goals of getting an asset in the U.K.
Idea for all of this belongs to Ali Tumbi, who made it reality by assembling a team of extraordinary specialists that can and have set the foundations of something that can conquer the global market.
Every bit of information about the project can be easily found and understood in the company White paper that consists of 27 pages and to be fair has a very simple yet profound design. All this can of course be said about their website. Neatly ordered, without any bugs that can take away the reader`s attention and cause them to lower their opinion about the seriousness of the project.
GLOBAL REIT has introduced not one but two tokens, called GRET and GREM that are going to be in use on the platform. The price of 1 GREM is going to be around 0.070 USD and the GRET is going to be a bit more expensive at 1.000 USD during both the public and the pre ICO. I mean, isn`t the answer pretty much obvious - of course it is. They offer new innovations to their sector and offer many opportunities for crypto investors seeking to invest in real estate assets, real estate asset holders, who want to enter the crypto-world and REIT companies that could take an example from them and instead of “finding India” they can use the platform that is already created for them.
Honestly it is easy to imagine that the team can succeed in this endeavor when we take into consideration all the companies that support them and have teamed up with them to see this project completed.
One thing that they could do however is to expand their view and look further into the world, beyond the big cities in which they intend to hold land and look into the small villages that can hold a lot of potential for tourism and relaxation. But that`s just the opinion of a journalist. Overall everything done up until today is really well and if they keep this up they are certainly going to reach their goal.
