O lună, tu care cu a ta lumină

Domneşti prin stelele cerului nopţii

Unde îmi este a mea regina

Cu a săi ochi albaştrii

Dar,iată pe culme golaşă

Vine o umbră rătăcind agale

O fi ea? întrebare ce îmi macină a mea inimă

Ce plină de dor tanjeşte după iubire

Umbra se apropie şi în urma sa

Împraştie parfumul iubirii ce îmbată poeţii

E a nopţii regină a cărui coroană

Este alcatuită din stelele raiului

Iubito,de ce nu vii, te aştept în lumina de diamant a lunii

Peste tot apare imaginea ta, în stele, în mare, în lumina lunii

Ce dispare în negura nopţii înstelate
