Here is an introduction of who I am, where I've been and my goals. I've overcome a lot of struggles and made a lot of mistakes in life. Now I feel it is my duty to dedicate the rest of my days towards helping others improve their lives. I believe those who have been through the toughest struggles, also have lots of untapped potential to do great things in the world we live in.

This is my first video (it's actually just captioned audio). I'm still working on getting comfortable recording myself. I'm actually much better at writing.

Here is the blog post I wrote that goes with this video if you would rather read the content than watch the video. (CLICK HERE) Please return and finish reading this post when you are finished. Thank you!

Hi, my name is craig. I'm just a 35 year old conservative guy who's been through a lot, made some mistakes, and learned a lot of lessons. For many years from my early chilhood to the first ten years of my adult life, I've had a huge cloud of darkness shadowing over my life. I was mentally and physically abused by my alcoholic father, suffered from severe depression and anxiety, and even drug addiction. Back in 2012, I began to study the works of people like Bob Proctor, Joseph Murphy and many others. I've since overcome my mental health issues and drug addiction. Now I am one of the happiest people on the planet. I started an online business selling used books in early 2017 and things have been going good. However, something was missing. While selling used books on eBay isn't a bad gig, I do not feel like I'm making any worthwhile contributions to society doing it. The last thing I want to do is grow old and regret not trying to help as many people as I possibly can.

I began feeling a calling to help others learn the things I have learned so they could live happy productive lives. I do not want to grow old and regret not doing my best to help others that have had similar situations as me.The problem is, being an online used book seller takes up a lot of time and effort which doesn't leave me much time to work on other projects. So I made a decision. I decided I was going to put out one blog post a week. It is my dream to create daily content and get the message out as soon as possible to as many people as possible, but unfortunately I do not have the time to commit to creating daily content.

My belief is that addicts and people with mental health issues have an untapped potential and can actually use these mental processes to their advantage if they can learn to flip them. For drug addicts, its just a matter of trading bad habits for more productive habits that benefit their lives and others. They just have to find their passion. For people with anxiety and depression, its just a matter of flipping the way they perceive things. Of course it is more complicated than that, but I will be going more in depth on this and other things like how the different parts of the mind absorbs, processes, and stores information in future articles.

The mind is like a muscle. If you dont work it out, it grows weak. If you dont work out properly, you can do more harm than good. However, if you do the right excercizes on a consistan basis over time, you get better results than you could ever imagine.

Information is like food for the mind. If you consume contaminated food, it can have drastic effects on your health. However, if you eat a well balaned diet, you feel much better.

We all need to be more mindful of what we are feeding our minds. It is a powerful tool when used properly and nourished with good information. It can also be the cause of your destruction if you arent careful.

It would help me in being able to spend more time working on content to educate drug addicts, child abuse victims, and people with anxiety and depression on ways they can live happily and turn their life around.

The support groups listed below are still new and may not have many if any people in them. I will do my best to respond to all questions and posts as time permits.
