Did you know that when I was a little girl many Spanish families were laughing together while watching sexual harassment scenes in very obscene Spanish "comedy" movies on the Spanish public television almost every single day? They were called "españoladas". And we still wonder how come there are so many Spanish rapists around publicly making fun of it? We still wonder how can Spanish judges sentence that when 5 strong men rape a teenage girl—two of them, police agents; one of them, a soldier—it's not a real violent rape...
The 5 men planned it all through WhatsApp, they called themselves "La Manada" ("The Herd"), they stole her phone and left her alone on the ground after committing their horrible collective rape... No words exist to describe this level of cruelty... But the most horrible cruelty of all is that, according to the Spanish law, that horrible rape is just a case of sexual harassment...
Please, #World, help us remove insanity, machismo, and violence from every legal system that exists. Let's re-write our present with a true lawful system for all. Together, we are changing the World every single day. We can do it. Our mothers, our wives, our sisters, our daughters and all the beloved men in their lives who love them deserve it. We are One.
