Whales Of Crypto?

It seems like the markets are in an interesting place right now. After the huge 'crash' we saw a few months ago there was a nice little build up. Now we've been at a little lull in action, volume, and price of Bitcoin, Litecoin, and all the fun tokens and ICOs ...until the few days before the big Tax Day occurred. Is there truth to the idea of these 'whales' in the market who effect all the prices? Is it possible that these 'whales' are stockpiling up their bags right now and taking advantage of the charts? If that's the case, there's really not much anyone can do but perhaps take advantage of these lulls and dips to do the same as the 'whales'?

I've tried to wrap my head around it in the past, and I think I have come up with my own way of dealing with it...Just HODL.

What's that supposed to mean?  I think that people can get too emotional watching the charts each minute or each day.  The best bet in my opinion is to do your own research, put your money into something that you really understand, and don't watch the charts each minute.  Also, don't listen to the buzz, hype, lies and all that malarkey!  We have all heard about these people who have made, or continue to make big money in the land of crypto.  These people do exist and have both luck and skill.

The possible effect of these 'whales' in the market is interesting, but I don't believe that it is something to worry about in the long run.  We are going to see bounces in the crypto market over and over again, just like we have seen in Wall Street.  I remember a few years back when Netflix stock was only 8 bucks!  I wish I stocked up then...and that's what many will be saying as time progresses about Bitcoin and Crypto.

I know I've said it before, but I've been doing what I can to use any spare fiat I have to continue to invest and fill up my bags as well. By no means am I a baller, but I have steadily been transferring money into my accounts over the past handful of months in the hopes that we will see some nice upward motion in the next couple of months, and more so as the year comes to an end.  Historically it appears that May is a good month for crypto...and it's just around the corner!
