Limit One Per Season: Bagging Your Limit of Federal Lifetime Appointed Judges

On April 10 of this year, Soros rag Media Matters published an article on far right trolls publishing Public information of stats and vitals of Judge William Young. So this is a tactic I have long since caucused for on social media. In fact I feel this is a right afforded to me not only by the first amendment; but it would be upheld by contemporaneous evaluation by any standard of jurisprudence. Both the overturning of Brandenburg v. Ohio in 1969 and Section 230 of the Communications Decency Act of 1996, provide both protections and limits on the specificity IRL threats of credible violence.

Far-right trolls are using harassment-enabling platforms like 8chan and Gab to encourage threats against a federal judge for recently upholding a Massachusetts ban on assault weapons. The trolls published what appears to be Young’s home address and phone numbers and claimed that Young had signed his “death certificate” by ruling to uphold existing gun laws.

On Friday, U.S. District Judge William Young issued a decision upholding Massachusetts’ ban on assault weapons and large-capacity ammunition magazines, declaring -- in line with other federal courts -- that they are not protected under the Second Amendment. Pro-gun trolls took to online message board 8chan and social media platform Gab to doxx Young, posting without his consent what they claim is the judge’s personal contact information, in clear efforts to target him for harassment. The 8chan post showing the judge’s information invited trolls to “show him what we got”

"We promote raw, rational, open, and authentic discourse online," says Gab CEO Andrew Torba. "We want everyone to feel safe on Gab, but we're not going to police what is hate speech and what isn’t."

So being the sole member of the American Identitarian Party, I take great exception to this. I feel abandoned and bereft of guidance on what redress I have as a sovereign citizen of these United States of America. Where to turn… where to turn? Enter the Declaration of Independence and its author Thomas Jefferson.

That whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new Government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness.

Words such as these leave very little to the imagination as to what kind of intentions the the forefathers of this nation intended at time like these. Furthermore, without such a heady interpretation of an extract from a letter from Thomas Jefferson to a William Smith, every American is familiar with the phrase:

...what country can preserve it’s liberties if their rulers are not warned from time to time that their people preserve the spirit of resistance? let them take arms. the remedy is to set them right as to facts, pardon & pacify them. what signify a few lives lost in a century or two? the tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots & tyrants. it is it’s natural manure.

Now that I have revealed my case to you on what should “be on the table”, of every elected official and every judge appointed for life; allow me to make plain to you as I see it the treason of a supposed free speech platform allowing the musings and hand wringing of cosmopolitan elitists who, rightfully so, shall fear for their lives.

This was no doxxing accident! 

Every Social Media plat for provides a Terms of Service for content usage. After review of Gabs ToS I can find no evidence that the re-transmission of public information, on public officials were violated in the account in question. In fact, Gab’s specific section of its community guidelines that pertains to this is et follows:

Users are prohibited from calling for the acts of violence against others, promoting or engaging in self-harm, and/or acts of cruelty, threatening language or behaviour that clearly, directly and incontrovertibly infringes on the safety of another user or individual(s). We may also report the user(s) to local and/or federal law enforcement, as per the advice of our legal counsel.
Gab follows the U.S. Department of State’s definitions of terrorism and list of Foreign Terrorist Organizations, along with the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s proscribed list of terrorist groups, organizations and/or individuals.

As stated earlier, I have the utmost respect for all that work at, on and provided me with Gab. I am quite grateful to have the opportunity to have a service such as Gab. However, for a site that promotes free speech, I find it odd that push back from the very base that provides the sizzle to its steak is being restricted to which weapons of intellectual and political warfare is to be used. Granted, nobody could argue that Andrew Torba has done anything on the scale of silencing, zuccing and outright disenfranchisement by other platforms; I write this in hopes that it does not become a habit.

And to all you judges and duplicitous politicians out there, I have this to say to you; “...thank god for naziism, throw a rope around the neck of a traitor politician…” The Anon Caste is watching, and you are right to fear us.
