Stray Dog at Kunming China

In March, I took a random trip with three other friends to Kunming, China. Kunming is the capital and largest city of Yunnan province in southwest China. Known as Yunnan-Fu until the 1920s, today it is a prefecture-level city and the political, economic, communications and cultural centre of the province as well as the seat of the provincial government. Kunming is also called the Spring city due to its weather.

While exploring an older part of the city (yes, China is changing rapidly, with all the old towns and villages demolished to make way for new skyscrapers.... the modernisation is happening quickly, and with it, likely to affect many of its citizens), I chanced upon this town square, where this white stray dog was running around, playing with the puddle of water and chasing after the passer-bys in a friendly fashion. 

It was simple scene but I took out my phone to capture this - such is the joy of life!
