9:th of April, the most stereotypical day in new-Swedish history.

My news feed got off to a flying start at 17:12 when news broke that police had confiscated a large number of weapons, a large volume of narcotics and explosives in the south of Stockholm, the Swedish capital.

"Some of these weapons are meant for war" commented Jonas Lindberg, a Swedish police officer.

At 19:07 the next news broke that shocked anyone who hasn't payed attention to the news for the last half decade: gangs of youth, some as young as 12, robbing people in the town of Helsingborg, the second largest town after Malmö in the province Skåne. The only ones surprised by this seems to be the police, who can do nothing except arrest and then hand them over to the social services (a.i setting them free), since the children are not accountable to the law. The police claims that "The streets are safe" but also that "these child gangs roam the entire city and also the neighboring areas. The victims has been other children, elderly and women."

So... You know, relatively, safe. Unless you're a kid, elderly or a woman.

At 22:51 the mandatory explosion "happened" in Uppsala, just north of Stockholm, outside the office of Social services. The polices thinks it's some kind of "banger" since the responding police patrol said the area smelled like fire works. (a.i Black powder). The blast was great enough to bust in the door (SE: Tillknycklad, hard to translate or even understand from a damage perspective, it's a very ambiguous term.) , several car alarms had gone off and the windows of the nearby church where cracked. And for some reason this isn't reported on as a possible low level terror attack.

You all know what's coming, don't you? Well, you're partially right, but this is the most stereotypical day, so it's even better than you think.

At 23:32 an article came in about a then 18 year old migrant from Afghanistan sexually assaulting a 14 year old girl. So far nothing new. Well this one took place on a church camp for Confirmation (when you as a teen confirm your christian faith and accept the baptism), where the 14 year old were a participant and the 18 year old were a youth leader. According to her statements and backed up by texts sent to her friend after she broke free and hide in a rest room, that, among other things, the migrant had been sitting on her legs while grabbing her butt and breasts. She then reported the assault to staff members who proceeded to file a police report and notifying her parents... Nah, just joking, of course they did nothing. However, one leader on the camp finally grew a sliver of a back bone and decided this man should no long sleep in the same room as the girls. When the girl told her parents why she didn't want to go to the next meet up, they contacted police.

Still nothing out of the ordinary.

Well this poor lost soul fleeing from a war, is the spokes person for migrant girls rights and equality, and also held a new years speech during the time he was investigated. He also met with the Swedish Prime Minister and had several church staff engaged in helping overturn the expulsion order.

The man has previously given multiple identities to the immigration board and had been set for expulsion, when he converted to Christianity shortly after new years eve. (The assault took place on Halloween.) And has now been granted refugee status and are allowed to remain in the country.

"It feels good." states the man.

When the priest was asked if it was well thought through to let Muslim men share rooms with 14 year old girls unsupervised, because of their view of women "differ occasionally" he responded:

 "It's hard to know what their views are."
